FIXIT GA is a broad-spectrum biological insecticide formulated from a selected strain of the naturally occurring entomopathogenic fungus Beauveria bassiana CGAIPFBS-012. It is designed to control major lepidopterous pests in agricultural crops in an eco-friendly and sustainable way.
The fungus infects all stages of insect development including eggs, larvae, pupae, nymphs, and adults. Spores attach to the insect cuticle, germinate, and penetrate the body, spreading internally through the hemolymph and ultimately causing death.
FIXIT GA is highly effective against Helicoverpa species, Spodoptera species, stem borers, and hairy caterpillars. It causes white muscardine disease in infected insects, leading to natural pest suppression without harmful chemical residues.
The product works similarly to conventional insecticides and can be applied using standard spraying methods, making it suitable for integrated pest management systems and organic farming practices.
