Rosemary has been used for centuries to not only stimulate hair growth but also delay graying. Rosemary Water For Hair Growth (Rosemary Hair Rinse

Using a rosemary hair rinse will make your hair shiny and manageable. It will also stimulate your scalp, preventing hair loss.

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon of dried rosemary leaves
• 2 cups of water.

Method

1. Boil the water and add the rosemary leaves to it.
2. Let it boil for 15 minutes before you strain it.
3. Strain the liquid and set it aside to cool.
4. Wash and condition your hair as usual and then pour the rosemary infused water through your hair as a final rinse.
5. Massage your scalp for a couple of minutes after pouring the rinse through your hair.

Use this rinse once a week for best results.

• Rosemary can be infused into an oil and used externally for skin irritations like eczema and joint problems like arthritis
• It has also been reported to speed healing of wounds and bruises when used externally
• Internally, it is best added to foods as a cooking spice, though a mild tea of Rosemary leaf can help fight illness when sipped
