ssential Ceramides and Hyaluronic Acid, which isn’t really surprising. But I’m more concerned about the actual ingredients that would improve puffiness and dark circles.
Other ingredients include;
- Niacinamide
- Vitamin E
- Cholesterol
- Aloe Vera
To be honest, I’m not that impressed with the ingredient list. They could have thrown in some Caffeine and Vitamin C derivatives to target puffiness and dark circles, respectively. Instead, they’re making Niacinamide which is probably 5%, to do all the grunt work. I’m not surprised as Cerave tries not to overload their products with too many actives. It defeats the purpose of the product being gentle enough to work across all skin types.
In a way, this formula works as everyone, including those with sensitive skin, can use it. Except you’re sensitive to Niacinamide. As usual, it is alcohol, essential oil and fragrance-free.
