The product is worth it but I think it's from the supplier end, first of all the pads for the ear were falling off I had to use supper glue to get it together and I couldn't return cause I was traveling, secondly no manual for the customer, that's bad , thirdly there's a wire that's supposed to come with it that I can connect to my phone and also connect to the product but it wasn't there I just hope you guys do better , apart from these the product is good.
