Very disappointing purchase
Very disappointing purchase. I ordered a Zaopai phone but received a V61 Android phone instead. Selling one product under the name of another is misleading and unacceptable. Had I known I would receive a different device, I might not have placed the order. Unfortunately, the problems did not stop there. The phone has serious calling issues. I cannot properly make or receive calls unless the speaker is turned on. For a phone, this is a major defect. The network performance is also very poor and unreliable, despite the device being advertised as supporting 5G. The only positive aspect is the battery life, which lasts about 6 hours with regular use after a full charge. However, that alone does not make up for the numerous shortcomings. Overall, this phone is not what was advertised, not what I ordered, and not what I expected. I feel disappointed by both the product quality and the lack of transparency regarding the device that was delivered. I would not recommend this product based on my experience.
