Used product not new
The machine is not new, I plugged to test it but it is not working at all. So am returning it back . This is my first experience of buying bad product on jumia. The management of jumia should start testing products before accepting to ship so as to stop tarnishing their brand. There are many online shopping platforms now, if I get similar treatment again I will never shop on jumia again.
