I HATE IT.

I employee selected this as part of the gift I should get him with my voucher, I ordered it but what we received was completely different, poorly sewn and very low quality fabric, just altogether regrettable. two out of the 3 were just a mess. the staff decided to take it because if we returned it and ordered another one or something else, there was no guarantee that the outcome would be better. Please let your quality team look at what your vendors supply, its creating a bad impression of Jumia. Your vendors, who I suspect are mostly Balogun Market traders, are just dumping the worst of their goods through your platform, and the reputational damage goes is on you. I know for sure that after this transaction, the likelihood of me shopping at Jumia again has reduced to 10%, I just don't trust that I will get what I ordered. and that's unfortunate.
