A very helpful tool. It's very good for women with heavy flow, though the size should have been specified. It's not one size fits all, this size here is small and good for people whimhave never given birth before. I had to use a pad for spills as it gets filled quicker than I expected. Please insert it while standing with legs slightly apart, and remove while sitting on a toilet seat... it's soft, discreet and safe. I like it
