The Sphyg works fine but the cuff is really small, I'm not sure if one can buy a bigger cuff to work with it If your arms are bigger than 11-13 inches, about 24cm, you may want to go for a product with bigger cuffs as this might not size you which would definitely affect the accuracy of the BP reading I saw a review that the Pulse Oximeter is bad and I was going to say the same but a friend told me from experience to reverse the polarity of the AAA batteries, I did and it worked The Instruction says "+ -" + -" but when I did "+-" and "-+", it worked I was planning not to return but accept the loss and just enjoy the Sphygmomanometer without the Pulse Oximeter but getting it to work by a colleague's advice made me to give a 4/5 I would have given a 5 Star if only it came with a bigger cuff Children will wnjoy this more than adults with huge [very muscular or fatty arms]
