PERFECT COVER FIT FOR HIGHLANDER BUT ONE BROKEN

The product was promptly delivered. But while installing on my highlander, i discovered that one of the 2pairs was bad. Two of the clips under one of the covers was broken, and poorly repaired by the seller/manufacturer. So it couldn't stay locked to the car roof rack as the other three did, and it easily falls off. I mailed customer care to get it returned, but when i noticed it was significantly more expensive elsewhere i had to fix it myself with heated screw driver. It now fits well. Not everyone can do this tho, and customers shouldn't have to start repairing items they just bought. So ensure you properly inspect products before chipping to customers.
