Doesn't lighten, doesn't really darken but doesn't do much on stretch marks, it's just a good moisturizer especially during dry season, I don't like the smell, it has same smell as of carowhite, this is really good for dry skin, I just used one cup you can use more, its texture is more like an upgraded version of shea buttter, there's some for improvement
