The shampoo doesn't foam well but its very okay gets rid of dirt in the hair,the conditioner is really nice it helped soften my hair,I advice someone with really strong and thick hair to use this product especially the conditioner for a softer hair, but also you could apply pure aloe vera plant gel on your hair an hour before washing to soften it a bit more
