nice watch but minor default experinced

The wrist watch is ok but the female bracelet sent to me was silver instead of gold as on the picture, also the second hand of the male wrist watch fell off( unattached, just dangling inside) 3rdly on the the first day of wearing the wrist, one of the pins of the strap fell off too My conclusion, the wrist watch is all ok order than these default which I might say is company fault
