Small solar panel
The solar panel is too small and, therefore, doesn't charge the fan properly. Charging for a whole day in blazing sun does not even give ten percent of charge to the fan. It's the the regular electricity from mains that charges it very well. If charged with electricity from the grid it works wonderfully well.
