I am not satisfied - Overcooked pounded yam
The result wasn't as expected. The pounded yam was smooth but overcooked. The texture and taste wasn't like the traditional pounded yam. I only used it twice and packed it in my store room since last year. I think I'll reduce the cook time from 50 minutes to 25 or 30 minutes and see the result again.
