The lid... I've bought this kettle twice now. The lid of the first one broke off after the very first use, while the lid of the second closes partially whenever you try to keep it open. But then, it's not a pricey item, making it good value for money. Plus, it boils a full kettle of water in just under 10 minutes. That's good, too.
