Nice product with a BUT.

The kettle design is nice and the volume is ideal for a perfect dinning. But it's unfortunate that the stainless body shocks. I've used numerous electric kettles but the first day I used this product I was electrocuted that I got scared of using it again. I can't leave it in the dining so kids won't get close to it mistakenly and get a shock of their life.
