The fan blows quite fine on the lowest speed. And I use it for about 8 hours (overnight) before it drops 1 bar when the battery is full. The only single challenge I have with it is that the wire was not long enough to get to my rooftop so I added an extra wire..i think that affected the charging strength. Aside that, the product is as described.
