Why do you sample goods with good quality meanwhile when delivered, the customer gets the product with a quality lower than what was sampled on the app. Sample goods with their actual quality so that when making others, one would be sure. I ordered a bag pack,the sample quality was satisfying but on receiving the order, I was disappointed. It's 3 times lower compared to what I saw. And it's not fair.
