Once the power bank reaches 30% it stops working..it was delivered like a used.

My first time using the power bank, it went off at 16%, then the second time was at 19%. The output isn't as good as promised. For something that takes so long to charge full, it discharges pretty fast. For 30,000mAh, it should last longer.
