Good but fragile

The fan works and blows fast even at the lowest setting; I have never had to go beyond the lowest speed. The only thing is the build quality is poor, very poor. The screws don't hold well, and the plastic is fragile. Even when it oscillates, it feels like the neck is about to break. It does its job anyway.
