Noiseless
The fan blows well and is not so difficult to install. You can get a good electrician to help you install it if you're experiencing challenges. However, there's no indicator to show when it's charging and when the power is low. So, overall, it's fair enough for the price.

Needs to be designed better
Positives :The fan is sleek, not bulky, great design, excellent air flow even on lowest speed, solar panel is large(20W not 25W)and cable is long. Negatives:No indicator for Solar charging,no indicator for battery percentage, a diode wasn't placed on the charger for AC charging ;when light goes off, the charger starts showing green meanwhile it taking charge from the battery Others:I can't conclusively confirm if the battery is up to 15,000mah but when we'll charged, it lasts over 8 hours on lowest speed. Note:I can't tell if it's ever fully charged because the charger shows red light whule charging but as soon as electricity is interrupted it shows green.
