Jumia delivered an old second hand already used freezer. I returned it and initiated a return, it took one month, then the “return in progress” turned to delivered all of a sudden. Called customer support and they claimed that my complains were false, I have videos and pictures of the old freezer with scratches all over the body, up till this moment, I don’t know where the freezer is and I wasn’t refunded, but it says delivered in my order history. Once again, Jumia has disappointed me and with this, I think my business with them has come to an end!! I’m extremely disappointed.

I like it but it's not the Wattage I requested.
The freezer is working perfectly but the watts is too high for my inverter battery. I told the customer care that helped me to ordered it that what I needed was between 50 - 65 watts but what was delivered is 145watts. Though, I am still watching it if it'll drain my battery because I started using it last night and there was Nepa light through out the night. So, I'll see if it will drain when there's no Nepa light. Thanks.
