Failed After Only a Few Days
I bought two identical washing machines in the same order. Both were used under the same conditions, but one stopped working after only a very short period of normal use. The motor still makes a sound, but the roller/agitator at the bottom no longer rotates, making the machine completely unusable. I contacted customer service, but I was told the product has no warranty, no service center, and cannot be repaired or replaced. The only solution offered was a small voucher, which does not solve the problem. I am very disappointed with both the product quality and the after-sales support. I cannot recommend this product to anyone.
