The best product I got in March 2024

When you start using it, give it like one week to see results. Mine is always blocked after the first one week. It takes complete 2weeks to defrost completely and at the end of that two weeks, it will still be chilled. Note: I always have one bag of sachet water in my freezer

I have two issues with the product though, it takes long time to freeze and I hate the fact that freezing starts from the top (that is a really poor design)
