What you posted is not what I found,there is no way to reduce the time and the Heat. But the picture shows that all features are there,but it is not. This shows that what you posted for sale is the original,but what you send to buyers are fake.even if it is,make it clear in the description so that when purchasing we will know what exactly to go for

I Expected More

First of all, why wasn't there a manual? I had to wing most of the operation, which you could say is intuitive. I don't know if it is this unit but I doubt the designers intended for the gadget to work this way the touch screen was mostly unresponsive. I kept touching and it responded whenever it felt like. Would have given one more star if only the buttons were more responsive
