I don't really like what you deliver

I paid for 5000w for silver crest blender but you put 3800w blender inside 5000w caton which pain me a lot, and what makes me to know is that my mum as 4500w and you did not remove the manual inside the caton that makes me to know is 3800w blender is what you put inside the caton.
