It's working but has to be used religiously. The user applied it morning & night for the first two weeks then into the third week application was done @ nights alone majorly bcoz the areas it was applied became quite reddish bcoz of how hot the cream is on the skin which is why I don't think it's the best option for anyone with pimples on his/her face coz it may exacerbate it as it's not cooling at all. All the same I'll say it's good for Eczema treatment bcoz the Eczema on the shoulder areas of the user is 95% gone & I believe it will be totally gone in the next couple of weeks.
