Needs to be user friendly

First time I used it, I didn't know how to work the knobs. The instruction manual doesn't really tell you anything - at all. That's a good place to start from. The blender stopped after the first few minutes. I thought it had gone bad. Had to juggle the knobs after a while and it picked up again. Have now learned to use it by trial and error. Let's hope it lasts long

Blends like crazy...???? Didn't blend well the first time I used it to blend pepper, I was about to file for return when I tried using it to blend beans for "moi moi", it was perfect. Turns out it was because I didn't put enough water. I've blended anything since then, and they've all been perfectly blended... P.S - As long as you add sufficient water into whatever youre blending, you're "Good to Go"...????????????
