Product seal opened
The product was packed neatly when it was delivered to me. When the delivery courier left, Only for me to open the package and noticed that the factory seal was opened. Also noticed it was a single SIM as against what I ordered. I returned the phone on the 18th July. Jumia has refused to refund my money or return the phone back to me. I have been following up with Jumia since then all for proved abortive. Jumia has been frustrating me with the unprofessional service quality. My money and the phone has been with Jumia since 18th July 2026. I regret why I purchased this product from Jumia.
