Not exactly what i order

Seller needs to be honest with what he or she is selling, I order Aura white, what I got was Aura glow and the phone back cover was opened, I can't even tell if the phone was the same new phone I unbox or a refurbished phone, spent a lot of money going to jumia pickup station, if not I would issue for a refund thank you.
