I bougth this phone in dec2025 and by march the phone is blacking out ,the charger is spoiled within two months,the screen keep changing colors,and the screen goes out completely sometimes.i have gone to jumia with this complain and they have contacted you.you asked i go to samsung office however they said they cant do anthing because i bought it online and its a screen issue which will cost 450k naira to repair .this zflip came with a warranty of one year.If Jumia refuses to resolve it, you can consider escalating the matter to the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC).i will escalate this issue
