The phone came with a copy Samsung screen and charger. Barely 3 weeks and the charging flex is bad due to cheap/fake charger in the box. Whenever you plug the charger on a phone instantly the screen starts messing up

I am writing to express my displeasure in the item i got. The phone battery is terrible for a brand new phone. It gets hot unnecessarily. I am suspecting the panel of the phone is not good. I am completely not happy with the product
The battery life is zero, drops so fast ,phone is not new , noticed it has been opened before now, most likely repaired or refurbished ,phone turned off in less than a month ,not a good buy . I will be returning this by God's grace .
