FAKE!!! I WILL WRITE PETITION AGAINST YOU JUMIA
REFUND MY MONEY JUMIA, this is my fifth attempt to reach Jumia concerning my order refund. My order number is 1889958662 I have talked to a representative 6 times since 4 days ago on phone but I'm not satisfied with the information about my order and I will keep on calling over and over until I get refunded. Why would they tell me that my complaint is not valid, does it not meet the refund policy, or they are whinning me. I carefully returned the item with the package and nothing was defective and now you people are telling me trash that I will get the item back instead of refunding me. Is it by force to purchase items on Jumia, is that how you deal in your business.
