Initially 3 ports out of the 6 ports were working. I felt it was a defective item not until i pressed the PL11 on the remote. and Alas all the speaker came alive. so for those having problems with the speaker, as long as it passes the speaker test pls follow my instruction above. Nice product. i must say.
