not working at all
As at the time I picked the DVD up, we were having light issues, so when we finally got light I tried using it but each CD I put doesn't play, I try returning it, I was told it has passed 7days, I took it to where I can fix it, after checking it was confirmed that the picture board is the reason why it wasn't playing, I called your customer service they promise to send me a mail latest 48hrs so that they will look for a better solution but till date I didn't receive any mail
