This is really disappointing. The ones I returned also turned out like this one, but I decided not to request another return because I know how frustrating the process can be. These pouches are also clearly old, which I understand to some extent since the Samsung S20 is an older, six-year-old phone, and I assume newer pouches are no longer being produced for it. However, I would expect Jumia to have removed products in this condition from the platform, especially when they are being sold to customers as new.
