From its appearance, it’s obvious that it’s a low-quality charger, and its performance confirms it’s not a fast charger. The first time I used it, it behaved just like every poor-quality charger: it showed an estimated charging time that was supposed to decrease, but instead, the time kept increasing even after it had been charging for a while.
