Stopped Working
Use standard materials before claiming high quality. I was impressed with the jug at first and ordered 1 more to gift out but mine has stopped working.

Issues with longevity
I have bought this twice, and it doesn't last more than a year.

Nice one.
I enjoy it. Boils water fast and automatically switch off when water has boiled
