Since i started taking this supplement i have been struggling with constant headache so i have not been consistent with the usage and the fact that content of the supplement is not stated on the pack so as to figure what is causing the headache. Another thing i noticed is using the toilet whenever i take it so it might help you lose weight if that is what you want to archive.
