Royal 8kg TLA Washing Machine

Its work perfectly fine, it wash clothes very clean, rinse and spin clothes to semi dry. I almost returned it in the first day I used it, it makes sound like the contents (clothes and the water) inside it are too heavy for it. I later discovered that it automatically set water level to the highest level 10, plus the clothes, and these make it heavier for the machine to rotate freely. We were able to resolved this by reduce the water level to at most 7 in all of my washing and since then it has started working perfectly.
