It is huge disappointment.

All the apps I downloaded and all my contacts suddenly disappeared after 2 days. Thereafter, I've been unable to download any app from the Android app store. I've not been able to send any message with the messaging app. The only apps that function are only those that came with the phone. I've not been able to send any message because it says, "This app is not allowed by the device owner." I've also not been able to download any other app from the Android App Store. However, it makes and receives calls, but can not save any phone number to my Gmail account. I regret buying this phone. I just wasted my money. It is quite unfortunate.
