Bad battery life

The Sound Quality is Good and product looks good. But Battery went bad in less than 2 weeks of usage (which is less than 5hrs a day usage on average). At 100% charge, when turned off, the product refuced to power on until its plugged in again and then it move from 00 to 100% in less than 1 minute. once its full and powered off, it wont come up again until the same process is repeated. If not turned off after 100% , only one side works for few minutes and then battery drains.
