Not too strong
Make the elastic more stronger so that it won’t be cutting fast

this product is suprisely good
If you feel lazy about doing your home workout, than here is the solution. Its surprising how it torture the muscles????????. But don't get too rough with the rope, everything was fine with the rope until my friends showed up and went wild ???? with it. The rope cut but its easy to replace, not to worry about but to keep in mind. Happy bodybuilding, Thank You ????
