Unsatisfactory Item Quality

What I received appeared used. Scratches and signs of rough handling all over the upper receptacle and the base. The 5 level cartridge screw thread not fresh like a brand new plastic should be. After installation water was leaking through the fixture to the bottom chamber. Received a small unidentified plastic vial of red liquid for alkaline pH water tester. The stated wet sand paper for cleaning was not included. The manual is generic: the picture reflected.differs from the actual product. Etc
