I bought two fans, one for me and for a friend. one started acting up in a week. the second, barely lasted 4 months before it started going off before two hours even when it’s on the lowest. I’m quite disappointed because I have used a qasa in the past and it lasted well over three years before I ever had this issue. I only bought this here for this reason and the return policy is also very very Unhelpful because I was told how I have to take it to Alaba because that’s where the service center is. No offer of pickup or anything. Super disappointed.
