The accessories are incomplete

I don't have all the bolts or screws in the carton. I've fixed it but the fan isn't standing erect as the screw that should hold the stem isn't there. The buttons for Bluetooth and audio presses inside. No manual. Just there. I think they sent the wrong one. Even the battery doesn't go the hours I saw on the specifications and review. The fan cools but I'm afraid it may fall and because of the missing screw, I cannot increase the height.
