I would leave NO STAR if it wasn't necessary to leave any at all. It doesn't even charge my laptop fully and it keeps going off by itself. I have to keep switching it on even though it still has two bars of charge. It DOESN'T charge with solar. It is a terrible product.

On a full battery , it lasts only 3 hours on the TV. It takes 5 days to be fully charged with the solar panel, couple of hours without light. Even when the sun is really hot, you can't charge and plug anything, it discharges.
