The product was well packaged and in good condition. The only issue i had was that there were two loose screws that fell inside the stabilizer, so i had to struggle to retrieve those screws before using the stabilizer. I would suggest that the seller checks that all screws are tightly in place before shipping as these screws can damage the internal electronics on-board or short circuit the system if used like that.
