Although at Bright sunlight I was expecting the fan to blow at the fullest speed buh it was blowing at average speed instead.. Qasa should make a panel of 30wat rating that matches the QASA 18" rechargeable fan.. its speed is very low at normal day.. there can't be bright sun continually for hours so it's just fair
